Marçal de Assis Brasil Neto was born in
Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, in January 1959. Graduated in 1981 in Law from Centro de Ensino Unificado (United Teaching Center) in Brasília. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the Federal District Brasília, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro chapters, among others. He is charged with the fiscal litigation and administrative, tax, labor, and social security departments. Language: English.
